The Daring to Share Advocate for Change campaign invites you to become aware and share your story of Ontario's long-term care system before being immersed in crisis. This event series provides informed advocacy while creating constructive conversations that can lead to meaningful change.

Strict Confidentiality: All personal details—including your name, email address, location, and identifiable information—will remain entirely confidential. Your story will never be shared without your explicit consent.
Anonymity & Legal Safeguards: If you participate in the campaign, minor adjustments may be made to your story (such as altering specific names, businesses, or locations) to protect the privacy of all involved parties and comply with legal guidelines.
